Studio Yoga Classes: Kate offers a range of class styles and levels focusing on a holistic and balanced flow that is centered on linking movement to our environment (time of day, weather, seasons), and linking breath with with movement to create an overall sense of awareness, connection, ease and openness. Retreats: STARTING WINTER 2018 - The Highland Yoga Studio is offering day-long, overnight, and weekend long retreats in partnership with Abbott's Glen, where the Yoga Yurt is located. Take a moment for yourself, or treat someone else to a peaceful weekend. See the Retreat Page for more details. Meditation: This is a regularly scheduled opportunity to sit for meditation sessions after the yoga asana practice. These sessions are free, and attendance at the asana session is not required. Yoga asana is an ideal way to prep your body for stillness, give the combintion a try.
