Highland Yoga Class Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE (Updated June 1, 2022)
If you are not on my email list and would like updates from me, please let me know and I will add you to the list.

Payment info for the majority of my classes is down below the schedule.
  Pure Yoga and Community Yoga (Greenfield) Zoom classes have different login and payment requirements, this is noted in the class listing.

MONDAYS
  • 9:00 - 10:15 Morning Flow (Pure Yoga Zoom Offering- email me for login/payment info - payments go to the Pure Yoga Studio)
TUESDAYS
  • 8:30 - 9:30 AM - Rowe Community Yoga - IN PERSON AT PELHAM LAKE starting June 7, 2022.
    • ​Email me for the Zoom login - we will be on Zoom if weather is inclement, an email notification will go out Monday night.

    • This class is FREE thanks to the sponsorship of the Rowe Parks & Rec Department. Please bring your own mat, blanket for underneath your mat, and your own props.
WEDNESDAYS
  • 5:30 - 6:30 - Slow Flow (Community Yoga and Wellness Studio, Greenfield)
    • This all levels, gentle and slow class often incorporates a mudra meditation or a yoga nidra (a body scan which I fondly think of as a yoga "nap"), core work, balance, and some nice steady movement.
    • Please register and pay through the Community Yoga studio website.
THURSDAYS
  • 5:30 - 6:45 PM - Slow Flow - In Person at SHELBURNE FALLS YOGA
    • MASKS, VACCINATIONS & PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - REGISTER FOR THE CLASS HERE
    • A balancing, strengthening, and rejuvenating yoga class for a range of experience levels, Slow Flow Yoga combines moderately paced posture flow and seated posture work with some restorative postures and gentle movements for a strengthening, balancing, and calming yoga experience. Open to all levels.
FRIDAYS - No Classes
SATURDAYS
  • SATURDAY MORNING FLOW ON ZOOM - 9:00 - 10:00 AM
    • This all-levels class has some rigor and vigor to it - expect to rise and shine with challenging sequences for balance and strength as we work together to create space in mind, heart and body.  All are welcome.  This is a "pay as you are able" class (see below for info).

SUNDAYS - No Classes

PAYMENT
Where I can, I am doing a pay as you are able model. The sliding scale below offers a guideline for fees; however, if you can't pay, or need to pay less than what is listed below, do not let that stop you from joining these classes.
  All are welcome.
$7 - $10/class
$20 - $30 - 1 week unlimited
$50 - $75 1 month unlimited

Payments can be made via Venmo (@Kate-Peppard), PayPal, check (email me for my address), or a Highland Yoga class card (if you still have one).

Note: Payments/unlimited classes do not apply to the In-Person classes at Shelburne Falls Yoga, the Community Yoga Slow Flow class (pay through their website), or the Monday morning Pure Yoga Morning Flow class (email me for studio payment info).
