If you would like to join any of my on-line classes, please send me an email (at least one hour prior to the start of class so I am sure to see it) and I will get you a link to the Zoom session. Pure Yoga and Community Yoga (Greenfield) Zoom classes have different login and payment requirements, this is noted in the class listing.
7:00 - 8:00 AM - Rise & Shine - a quiet start that builds to a vigorous flow to get your day going well. Start the day off right with the birds (email me for login info)
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Rowe Community Yoga - OUTSIDE AT PELHAM LAKE THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30. Weather permitting, we are taking this class outside June 2 - September 30. You must RSVP to practice on the beach as class size is limited. You must bring your own mat and props. If we can't practice outside, class will be held on Zoom. This class is FREE thanks to the sponsorship of the Rowe Parks & Rec Department and is open to the surrounding towns, but Rowe residents get first dibs.
7:00 - 8:00 AM - Rise & Shine - a quiet start then building to a vigorous flow to get your day going well. I am experimenting with this early slot - try it out with me and start the day off right with the birds (email me for login info)
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Morning Flow - NEW DAY/TIME
All levels class that usually works from the floor up to standing flows, then back down again. Expect some challenges with balance, long holds, and some creative flow sequences. (email me for login info)
NO CLASS ON FRIDAYS
8:30 - 10:00 AM - Extended Morning Flow - A slightly longer class that allows for more warm up adn also gives us space and time to add a little more complexity and length into our flow sequences. Some yoga experience is helpful for this class, but not required - do what you can! (email me for login info)
PAYMENT I am doing a pay as you are able model. The sliding scale below offers a guideline for fees, if you want it, but I will not restrict anyone from attending who needs to work outside of this scale. If you can't pay, or need to pay less than what is listed below, don't let that stop you from joining these classes. $7 - $10/class $20 - $30 - 1 week unlimited $50 - $75 1 month unlimited
Payments can be made via Venmo (@Kate-Peppard), PayPal, check (email me for my address), or a Highland Yoga class card (if you have one).
Note: Payments/unlimited classes do not apply to the Community Yoga Slow Flow class (pay through their website) or the Monday morning Pure Yoga Morning Flow class (email me for studio payment info).
5:00 - 6:00 PMRowe Community Yoga (Rowe School Gym) - Free for Rowe Residents, $5 drop-in non-residents. Winter - Spring series runs 1/7 - 6/23 (NO CLASS 5/12)
5:30 - 6:30 - Slow Flow - Community Yoga, Greenfield. Bringing awareness of the elements and the seasons in, this class will provide thoughtfully planned movement sequences and will end with an extended savasana/guided body scan.
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Morning Flow (108 Main Street, Charlemont - in front of the Hawlemont School). All levels flow class. $15 drop-in, multi-class discount.
9:30 - 10:30 Heath Community Yoga (Heath Union Church). Sliding scale fee ($5 - $10, barter available), open to all.
6:00 - 7:15 Restorative Yoga (Shelburne Falls Yoga) - MONTHLY CLASS held on the FIRST FRIDAY of the Month. $15 drop-in. Some gentle movement leading into each restorative posture, which is held with the support of props for 5 - 10 minutes. A guided body scan/yoga nidra is incorporated to send you off into your evening and weekend nice and relaxed.
