SCHEDULE (Updated March, 2020) SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and recommended protocols for social distancing, many studios are erring on the side of caution and closing their doors for a few weeks. Though many of my regular classes are currently on hold, I am now offering one to two classes a day on Zoom!

SOCIALLY DISTANT CLASSES SCHEDULE CURRENT THROUGH APRIL 11, 2020 Classes I am offering through my Zoom account will all have the same meeting number (871-914-7822) and passcode (2268). Go to zoom.us and click on "join a meeting".

PAYMENT (if you have financial resources at this time): $10/class $25 - unlimited/1 week $50 unlimited/through 4/11
Payments can be made via Venmo - my account is @Kate-Peppard. If you'd rather mail a check, let me know. Note: this does not apply to Community Yoga (pay through the website) or Pure Yoga classes (contact the studio for payment info).
5:00 - 6:00 PMRowe Community Yoga (Rowe School Gym) - Free for Rowe Residents, $5 drop-in non-residents. Winter - Spring series runs 1/7 - 6/23 (NO CLASS 5/12)
5:30 - 6:30 - Slow Flow - Community Yoga, Greenfield. Bringing awareness of the elements and the seasons in, this class will provide thoughtfully planned movement sequences and will end with an extended savasana/guided body scan.
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Morning Flow (108 Main Street, Charlemont - in front of the Hawlemont School). All levels flow class. $15 drop-in, multi-class discount.
9:30 - 10:30 Heath Community Yoga (Heath Union Church). Sliding scale fee ($5 - $10, barter available), open to all.
6:00 - 7:15 Restorative Yoga (Shelburne Falls Yoga) - MONTHLY CLASS held on the FIRST FRIDAY of the Month. $15 drop-in. Some gentle movement leading into each restorative posture, which is held with the support of props for 5 - 10 minutes. A guided body scan/yoga nidra is incorporated to send you off into your evening and weekend nice and relaxed.
