Yoga was how I got sober in 2014. It continues to be one of the primary ways I continue to stay sober, to enhance my connection to self and others, and to brighten my perspective on life. Five years into sobriety and teaching yoga, I came across Y12SR and trained in this model that combines yoga with all-recovery meetings - aligning the principles of the yogic and 12 step paths.
