Bento Flow: This all-levels lunchtime class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week. Like a bento box, this is a compact and thoughtfully structured session that allows students to sample various elements of yoga asana. Expect flow sequences, surya namaskars, balancing, and core strengthening work combined in a way to enhance overall flexibility and strength. $12 drop-in.
Community Yoga: gentle all-levels class that encourages increased flexibility, strengthening and balance. Mats are available. By donation ($5 - $10 suggested/optional donation)
Morning Flow Yoga: all-levels class that links breath with movement and works through various flow sequences as we warm up then cool down again. A mindful way to start your day.
Revive and Resore: This class is structured to warm you up with some stretching and flow work, then we settle into longer hold (Restorative Yoga). The class is an hour and a half. Expect meditative movement aligned with your breath, restorative-style sequencing/holds, some strengthening work, and occasionally a little balance work incorporated for body awareness. Open to all levels. $15 drop-in
Thursday Treat: An evening class at the yoga yurt with slow flowing yoga and some restorative postures; pair your yoga class with a sauna to both warm up before and add warmth after, as well as a lovely bowl of soup. Nourish yourself on lots of levels. The sauna is hot by 6, yoga will be held 630-730 and soup will be served 730ish to 830ish. $10 yoga, $15 sauna/soup add-on.
