Inner Power Flow: Start your weekend off well with this smartly-sequenced, quietly vigorous vinyasa class designed to cultivate your inner strength, both physical and spiritual. Expect core work, vinyasa flow with options for a range of levels, and a focus on aligning breath with movement to help establish and maintain a fun, safe, and sustainable practice. $15 drop-in.
Morning Flow Yoga: all-levels class that links breath with movement and works through various flow sequences as we warm up then cool down again. A mindful way to start your day. $14 drop-in.
Revive Reset and Restore: These hour and a half sessions are structured to warm you up with just a bit of movement and gentle flow work, then we settle right down into longer holds (Restorative Yoga). The class ends with a yoga nidra (Yogic Sleep) for your final resting posture. Open to all levels. $18 drop-in.
NEW CLASSES - STARTING SEPTEMBER 2019! Fall Flow Yoga: Working with awareness of elements and the seasonal changes around us, this class is put together with an eye on transitioning to winter. This hour long class will incorporate movement, restorative postures, and guided body scans. $15 drop-in, $80 8 class card.
Yoga Basics: Perfect for beginners OR anyone who wants to revisit the basics for their yoga practice. We will take a little time to talk language, review postures a little more in-depth, and go over various pranayamas (breath work). $15 drop-in, $60 5 class card.
Decompression Session: Geared for the time of the day that seems to ask for a little more attention to transitions. Take a moment on the mat to move your body with your breath, bringing subtle awareness of how mind, body and heart are influencing one another in that moment, and maybe let go of the day before moving on to your evening.
