Inner Power Flow: Start your weekend off well with this smartly-sequenced, quietly vigorous vinyasa class designed to cultivate your inner strength, both physical and spiritual. Expect core work, vinyasa flow with options for a range of levels, and a focus on aligning breath with movement to help establish and maintain a fun, safe, and sustainable practice. ($15 drop-in)
Morning Flow Yoga: all-levels class that links breath with movement and works through various flow sequences as we warm up then cool down again. A mindful way to start your day. ($14 drop-in)
Revive Reset and Restore: This class is structured to warm you up with some stretching and flow work, then we settle into longer holds (Restorative Yoga). The class will end with yoga nidra (Yogic Sleep) leading your into your final rest. The class is an hour and a half. Expect meditative movement aligned with your breath, restorative-style sequencing/holds, some strengthening work, and occasionally a little balance work incorporated for body awareness.
