Highland Yoga Class Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE (Updated August 22, 2024)

A number of the classes are a "pay from the heart" system, meaning the first level of payment is you being there and sharing your practice with me and others. Any amount you can contribute in addition to attendance is appreciated, not required. Any classes with different payment/login structures are noted in the class listings.  Check the schedule above for pop-up opportunities in addition to the regularly scheduled classes listed below.

MONDAYS
  • 9:00 - 10:15 Morning Flow (email me for login info)
    • ​FEE: pay from the heart
TUESDAYS
  • 8:30 - 9:30 AM - Rowe Community Yoga (email me for zoom login info)
    • All levels, balanced flow session weaving in the yoga yamas and niyamas
    • FEE: This class is FREE thanks to the sponsorship of the Rowe Parks & Rec Department.

  • 10:30 - 11:30 AM - Strong Bones Class - In-Person at Designing Fitness, Hampden ME
    • All levels, work with stretches, joint warm-ups, hand weights and leg weights to increase muscle and bone strength/density, and enhance balance.
    • Fee: Class cards ($55 for 6, $44 for 65+) or drop-in ($10, $8 for 65+)
WEDNESDAYS - Currently No Classes
THURSDAYS
  • 9:30 - 10:30 AM - Morning Flow - In-Person at Designing Fitness, Hampden ME
    • All levels, balanced flow sessions focusing on linking breath to movement, enhancing strength and balance.
    • Fee: Class card ($55 for 6) or drop-in (sliding scale $10-$15)
FRIDAYS
  • Y12SR at The Spiral Goddess Collective
    • Fourth Fridays 6:00 - 7:30 PM, by donation
SATURDAYS
  • SATURDAY MORNING FLOW ON ZOOM - 8:30 - 9:30 AM (email me for login info)
    • This all-levels class has some rigor and vigor to it - expect to rise and shine with challenging sequences for balance and strength as we work together to create space in mind, heart and body. All are welcome.
    • FEE: pay from the heart
SUNDAYS - Currently No Classes

PAYMENT
Where I can, I am doing a pay from the heart model. The sliding scale below offers a guideline for fees; however, if you can't pay, or need to pay less than what is listed below, do not let that stop you from joining these classes.
All are welcome.
$10 - $15/class
$20 - $30 - 1 week unlimited
$50 - $75 1 month unlimited

Payments to me can be made via Venmo (@Kate-Peppard), PayPal, good ole' check (email me for my address), or Zelle.

​Any classes held through studios/organizations often require payments to those places, each class listing above will note the payment information for those classes.
