Highland Yoga Class Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE (Updated January 2026)
If you are not on my email list and would like updates from me, please let me know and I will add you to the list. You can also get added to reminder lists for any of the individual zoom classes listed here.

Not sure which class is right for you? Reach out, I would love to hear your goals and would be happy to get you started on a practice with me.

Check the schedule above for my regular classes as well as pop-up opportunities. Fee structures are listed below along with information about each class (zoom and in-person).

MONDAYS
  • 9:00 - 10:00 am - Monday Morning Flow (email me for login info)
    • ​All levels, balanced flow sessions focusing on linking breath to movement, enhancing strength and balance.
    • FEE: pay from the heart
  • 7:30 - 9:00 PM - Monday Night Magic Y12SR (email me for login info)
    • This is a yoga and all-recovery meeting (all "A's" are welcome). If you are a person seeking recovery from addiction, whether yours or you are impacted by someone else, join us in this somatic approach to recovery! No yoga experience is needed to join, and recovery "curious" are welcome.
TUESDAYS
  • 8:30 - 9:30 AM - Rowe Community Yoga (email me for zoom login info)
    • All levels, balanced flow session with a focus on flexibility, strength, and balance
    • FEE: $5/session. This class is supported by your contributions and partial sponsorship by the Rowe Parks & Rec Department.

  • 11:00 - 12:00 - Strong Bones Class - In-Person at Designing Fitness, Hampden ME
    • All levels, work with stretches, joint warm-ups, hand weights and leg weights to increase muscle and bone strength/density, and enhance balance.
    • FEE: $10 drop-in or class cards available
WEDNESDAYS - Currently No Classes
THURSDAYS
  • 9:30 - 10:30 AM - Morning Flow - In-Person at Designing Fitness, Hampden ME
    • All levels, balanced flow sessions focusing on linking breath to movement, enhancing strength and balance.
    • FEE: $12 drop-in or class cards available
FRIDAYS
  • 11:00 - 12:00 - Strong Bones Class - In-Person at Designing Fitness, Hampden ME
    • All levels, work with stretches, joint warm-ups, hand weights and leg weights to increase muscle and bone strength/density, and enhance balance.
    • FEE: $10 drop-in or class cards available
SATURDAYS
  • SATURDAY MORNING FLOW ON ZOOM - 8:30 - 9:30 AM (email me for login info)
    • This all-levels class has some rigor and vigor to it - expect to rise and shine with challenging sequences for balance and strength as we work together to create space in mind, heart and body. All are welcome.
    • FEE: pay from the heart
SUNDAYS - Currently No Classes

PAYMENT
Where I can, I am doing a
pay from the heart model. The sliding scale below offers a guideline for fees, in case that helps; however, if you can't pay, or need to pay less than what is listed below, do not let that stop you from joining these classes - bringing your energy into the practice is the most important part.
All are welcome.
$10 - $18/class
$20 - $30 - 1 week unlimited
$50 - $75 1 month unlimited

Payments to me can be made via Venmo (@Kate-Peppard), PayPal, or a good ole' check (email me for my address).

​Any classes held through studios/organizations often require payments to those places, each class listing above will note the payment information for those classes.
