Winter is a long season up here in the hills of Franklin County, and I have found that the best way to make my way through it is to embrace it! As we enter into February and roll over the mid-point of this dark time of year, it helps to get a little boost to take us through the home stretch into spring, and what better way than to immerse in the glory of winter with a day retreat up at the beautiful Stump Sprouts Lodge & Cross Country Ski Center in Hawley?
This day-long adventure will start with a yoga class, include a nourishing lunch, time on the trails (or by the wood stove, if you prefer), access to the sauna, and a restorative yoga class to finish up the day. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome, anyone can enjoy the benefits of a self-care day.
