A few weekends a year, Abbott's Glen is dedicated to guests who want to create some mind, heart, and body space by moving with intention, sitting in silence, relaxing in nature, and reveling in the peace all that brings. These weekends we encourage our guests to refrain from using substances to gain the full benefit of the restoration offered.
What can you expect? These clothing optional retreats will include: restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga (both slow and vigorous flow will be offered), opportunity for time in nature, access to a sauna and hot tub, a chance to read books by the fire, some space to clear your mind with meditation, comfortable rooms, delicious and healthy food, and a funny dog named Tito who will join you for walks and never minds demonstrating adho mukha swanasana (downward dog).
